We had a fantastic experience staying at Ibis Budget. the customer service was exceptional, with the receptionist going above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. the lobby area was comfortable and had great amenities like a breakfast area, mini fitness area, and even table tennis. Our child was thrilled with the unexpected surprises. the location was also ideal, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

However, there were a few positive aspects that I can mention. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the room itself was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. These two things made the stay somewhat bearable. Lastly, the hotel offered free facilities such as a fitness room, ping pong table, and baby-foot, which provided some entertainment during the stay.

There were several negative aspects that overshadowed the positive ones. The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient, with no public transportation nearby.
